I really don't understand. Trying to solo my way to PA & I'm having to play with people that are way below me. Probably just not gonna play ranked till I figure this one out... I'm fine getting matched with the hotness & even pretty good, but this **** is ridiculous.
Skill tier- usually floating around in simply amazing

It doesn't decide who you play with by your skill teir. It decides by your win losss record
