So today I bought the $13.99 Pack for Ice I confirmed it but I didn't get any ICE. Please help?

Might be an issue with your phone's app store. Also, no one here could help since this is a fan site with no connection to SEMC. You could try submitting something on the games site, but I don't know if they could help you either.
