Searching for an NA team (T3-T4)

Looking for a team to play ranked with, since soloQ is starting to get slightly annoying at the moment. I'm currently T4 bronze, and my highest rank was T4 middle silver. I'll join any team with skilled and cooperative players, preferably who are T4. I wouldn't mind playing with T3 players, provided that they have the skill.

I main Jungle and Support, and I can play carry if necessary, but it's not my strongest role.
