[Updates] Vulkan version is outdated...

Hi,
I'm trying to play the game but Vulkan version is still in 2.2
Why it's not updated/released at the same time of iOS and normal Android version?

Please for next releases do it at the same time... if not lot of players who prefers to use Vulkan version cannot play.

At least provide us with the APK on your site
