You cannot win if:
    if your opponent is doing more damage than you, or damaging you quicker, because krul's damage output and speed is crucial to his success
    If you get stunned mid 1v1 or 2v1, it is very hard to win, no matter what build you do, because a stun resets your life steal, and it gives a gap for enemies to do a ton of damage, and you cannot life steal during that time
    If you do not rush the weapon speed, because it is crucial for efficient use of life steal
    If you use (B) too early, because he needs the life steal to stack to get maximum life steal from using (B)
For Krul you have to watch what the other team builds, and if you want you can try a crystal build if they are building against your weapon power, and always look who you are facing to build defense accordingly.

For a note on the POSSIBLE crystal build, I haven't tested it enough, but the reason I have the tornado trigger is because it is necessary for fast stacking of the life steal.
