Amazing!!! Your guides is very very very very very complete. There is 2 guides, 1 Weapon build,1 again Crystal build. As you know JOULE is very flexibel and omnipotent hero. There is also build in step by step. Oh my God this is most complete and amazing guides that i never read. Keep going!

This guide is very out of date. Will you be updating it for 1.12? I think WP is more of the way to go nowadays.

Wouldn't it be wiser to max Rocket Leap instead of her C ability for the increased cooldown reduction?

this guide should be updated for 1.9. but the guide is still great. 1.9 update is a must
