Skaarf Skaarf is relatively harmless, especially because of how squishy he is. He makes for an easy gank, just watch out for his Spit fire while you are in your Kaku and ready to gank.
3
Ardan Ardan isn't able to do much damage to you because he is a roamer. He has a high damage rate if he builds all weapon and that is when you do need to watch out. The only thing that could be a problem with Ardan, is if he traps you in his Gauntlet and enemies come and kill you off while you have no where to go. If this happens, the best thing to try to do is Kaku and find a bush that is also in the Gauntlet. If there are no bushes nearby then either kill someone or Kaku until the Gauntlet's timer runs out and you are free.
3
Phinn Phinn can be a challenge but is pretty easy to avoid, and it becomes his downfall. His A and C are relatively easy to dodge. Watch out though, all of his abilities will remove the Kaku from you and you may be stuck. Phinn's low attack speed and power need to be used to your advantage so you can get some quick hits off of him before he starts running away.
4
Fortress Fortress can be really easy to kill unless he is with another one of his allies. When Fortress initiates with the Truth of the Tooth, his allies will rush to you and that can be a problem.
4
Koshka Koshka can be a real potato if she isn't played right. The biggest thing to watch out for with her is when she comes in with her A or C then does the rest of her abilities right after with lots o crystal power. I would avoid getting into a fight with her during early game because that is when she has the most advantage over most heroes. The big advantage you have over her, is the ability to hide and strike again.
4
Taka Taka can be a threat if he is building crystal as well. The crystal will deal lots of damage to you if you aren't careful. If their Taka build weapon. It shouldn't be a problem because most of their damage is dependent on the hits, which you can easily avoid with your Kaku then come back for a strike with your abilities.
5
Krul Krul can be easy to take out if you hit him fast enough with your A and C. He wont be able to stack up his B and he wont be able to steal life from you. Just watch out for his C; you might want to have your roamer or yourself build crucible do defend from his C and his B. This can also be prevented with Aegis, so keep that in mind when you go against Krul.
5
Celeste Celeste is a pretty squishy hero which means she can be easy to kill, kind of like Skaarf. The main difference between Celeste and Skaarf is the fact that all of her abilities (I think) are upgrades to Skaarfs. Her A deals more damage and can provide vision like a scout trap can, meaning you have to watch out when you are waiting in a bush to gank her. She can stun you with her B so if you try to gank her and she's fast enough, she'll get you. Celeste's Ult is can travel indefinitely with high power when it reaches level 2 and 3.
5
SAW Saw can be another easy gank, especially if you can catch him while he is doing his B. He is stuck in one place and can't shoot you. If you are unable to kill Saw before his B is over it could end up being trouble, especially late game; when he has a ton of weapon power.
5
Ringo You have to be careful when you are going against Ringo. He is a really easy gank but he packs a punch late game, IF he is built right. A Ringo with something like Sorrow Blade, and Breaking point can easily kill you if you aren't able to quickly attack him. His bullets will chase you so be careful and hide at the right time.
5
Adagio Adagio is a little bit harder to gank than most, but generally he will be played roam. If you are ready to gank him, make sure to stay away from his ally minions or teammates. If he heals anyone, your Kaku will be removed if you are close enough to him because of his Arcane Fire. His Ultimate is really easy to dodge if you time your Kaiten right. You will have to flip over him or something in the radius of his Ult right when the damage surge is about to hit.
5
Petal Petal, like Celeste and Skaarf, is an easy gank, especially when she doesn't build defense/shielding. She has low HP because of her Munions, but watch out when the Munions start to attack you. Generally Petal is build crystal, powering her Munions. The best way to escape Petal's exploding Munions is to either X-Retsu to her or something else. Hiding is always an option in this situation bu depending on how much power she has, the regeneration from the Kaku may not be enough.
5
Ozo When Ozo builds crystal, his leams are very deadly, especially if he hist you with his third bounce. If you see Ozo leap and its not on you, but a different hero, Kaku either away or to a set place for a gank. If Ozo is chanelling his Ult on you, get to a place you have the advantage using boots. If you get far enough away from Ozo while he is chasing you with is Ult it will stop and he will be left where it stopped. This will put him at a disadvantage, especially if he is trying to use that to gank you by your turret, he will be left behind/near the turret and he will need to run as fast as he can or he dies. When Ozo builds weapon, he isn't too dangerous when you strike first using the Kaku-Retsu-Kaiten trick (One after the other after the other). But If he initiates on you with his B/C then his A you could actually be in some trouble.
5
Kestrel The highest threat from kestrel are her Glimmer Shots. These combined with her B create a ton of damage that can easily kill you if you are not careful. The good thing is Kestrel is kind of squishy, so you should be able to gank her if you Kaku to her first.
6
Rona Just because of Rona's sheer power late game, she is a real challenge. She hits 40% faster than most heroes, so all she has to do it build up some serious weapon power with little speed. This will mean that, like Glaive, you can't go near her for too long or you will take on some serious damage. But also just like Gliave, stealing her jungle can be pretty important so you can shut her down quickly
6
Alpha Alpha is kinda like Skye, she is pretty versatile. She can be built with both weapon and crystal. You will want to Kaku to her if you are engaging alone. If you get into a team fight and she going to explode, Kaku away so she can't use her abilities to get to you. Her A is somewhat easy to avoid just because she has to channel the sight line, meaning you can run away.
6
Glaive Glaive is one to be careful of because of his high power and AoE crit hit. Generally Glaive is easier to kill in the beginning so use that to your advantage. Killing him early game and stealing his jungle will give you an early lead and hopefully end up giving you enough of an advantage to win. Glaive depends on lots of weapon speed and crit hits and taking his money is the best way to prevent him from getting that.
6
Vox Vox... He can use his B to send out a wave and know if you are close no matter if you are hidden, in a bush, or not. If Vox builds crystal try not to get into team fights because it can cause some major damage. He is best ganked from the lane or jungle if he is being build crystal. If he is build weapon, just be careful about going in alone.
6
Joule If Joule builds Weapon you cant get close to her because the speed of attack and the power, especially with sorrow blade and tornado trigger. The best thing to do is kaku to her then attack with you C then A. When Joule builds crystal then you really have to watch out for her Ult and her A because of the damage output. If the Joule builds crystal - get Aegis for defense from the laser. Common sense - watch out for the stun jump no matter what she builds. This can be deadly and you wont be able to Kaku out of it while you are stunned.
6
Samuel I have seen Sam in action, but I don't know much about him. I will update this as I play against him more in game. Note on what I have seen - Looks pretty squishy and should be able to be ganked. His C looks pretty avoidable because of the channel time. His B looks to be somewhat dangerous but not too bad, especially if you can X-Retsu to him when he sends it to you or a teammate. His A is also not too bad unless combined with his B, then you really have to watch out. I assume that his B and C will remove the Kaku from you so watch out for that.
7
Catherine Catherine is mainly just really annoying, but she can punch back hard if you aren't careful. When Cath uses her A, she can stun you, leaving you open to get killed easily. If you see her initiate her A and you have enough time to Kaku out, do it! Mid Game is where things start to get even worse. Her B will most likely be Overdriven and when she has it on, you have to make sure you have over 75% health before X-Retsuing on her because she will deflect a lot of that damage back to you. You will be safe using your Kaiten on her because you can't (shouldn't) be hurt while in midair. When you Catherine channeling her Ult, do your best to Kaku out of the area, you usually stay hidden when that lands on you, you just wont be able to use your other abilities.
7
Skye Skye is one of the most versatile heroes in the game. She can be build either crystal or weapon and still be powerful, and she can play either lane or jungle and still be able to be played well. The biggest problem with Skye is when she builds crystal. She may be kinda squishy, so early ganks are a possibility especially if she is the laner. Weapon Skye is much easier to dodge because of your Kaku ability but when Skye is building crystal and uses her A, bad things happen. Her A combined with Broken Myth and Eve of Harvest means that her crystal power is going to continue to power up while she is gaining more and more health in the process. Unless she has serious crystal power, her B isn't going to damage you too much, its just going to (generally) pit her in a better position to hit you with her other 2 abilities. her C will stun and slow you, so using boots and/or the Kaku to get away from there is optimal. The same thing goes for her A, get away from it ASAP. The nice thing is that her A wont stun you, only slow you if she has Frostburn.
7
Blackfeather Blackfeather can use his B to lunge towards you also inflicting a trail effect. This is the most dangerous part of Blacfeather because this means that even when you are hidden his entire team can see you. His C is something to try to avoid, and I recommend using the Kaiten (your A) to flip over him while he is using his Ult so you can reduce the amount of damage you take from it.
7
Lance Lance is a tough one to get to. He can easily root you with his A, Push you out of the way with his B, then roll away with his C, all of which can hurt you and stop you from getting to him.
8
Reim To kill Reim, you need to be able to strike with your A and C at a high speed, then Kaku out until you are able to use your abilities again. Reim is a really tough enemy because he gets a health buff when he hits you with his basic attacks and his A. His A will also deal massive damage if you are not careful. The Winter Spire deals 2 different instances of damage and you cannot go by the A until it has exploded or you will get damaged and Reim will get his buff. Once Reim has hit you, you will be tagged with Frost Guard, Reim's perk. When tagged with this, you can be rooted with Reim's B. Do your best not to get hit by Reim, and if you do, don't get too close to Reim for too long.
9
Lyra Lyra will snare/silence your A and C making her a really tough enemy.I would recommend you stay away from Lyra unless she is an easy gank or is alone.
10
Corpus Watch out for the Corpus. He will kill you no matter what. ;)

Start Game Top

I go with Swift Shooter just because you can clear the jungle faster. With Taka's perk, House Kamuha, you get critical hits, so the faster you hit, the more crit-hits you get. Then, as always, a Halcyon Potion or 2.

Early Game Top

Building Alternating Current is our goal with this. Alternating Current makes jungling go by pretty fast especially with House Kamuha that I talked about in the Start Game section above. Alternating Current gives us a little bit of crystal power to use for team fights as well. I got the Sprint Boots for easy fleeing or ganking, this also makes jungling faster too. I always keep a Halcyon Potion on me unless I have no room and need to get other items.

Early to Mid Game Top

We have Alternating Current and we need some weapon power. Though building Tension Bow doesn't give a lot of weapon power, it does make ganking a bit easier with your initial first hit after getting to the enemy hero. Upgrading to Travel Boots to get the travel passive isn't necessary but that is why I got them. Also at this point, you will probably be ganking and getting into more team fights, so get the appropriate armor ( Light Armor for weapon defense, and Light Shield for crystal defense) for the builds you are going against.

Mid to Late Game Top

I know I skipped a mid game build but at this time, you should have at least started Aftershock. This will give you more crystal power for your C, X-Retsu. As soon as you get to your enemy and hit them, assuming you used X-Retsu to get there, getting the next basic hit is very important. This will trigger the Tension Bow and the Aftershock for a high-powered basic attack. Following the basic attack should be the use your your A, Kaiten, followed by another hit that will again trigger Aftershock. Generally this will kill the enemy but you have Alternating Current for quick finishing hits. Getting tier 2 armor ( Coat of Plates or Kinetic Shield) is also getting more important in your team fights now, so upgrade the armor you have.

Late Game Top

The enemy usually builds something to counteract your crystal ability. I have found that because the initial hit is so quick, it actually looks like most of the damage is coming from your abilities, which some of it is, but its from the first basic attack. The enemy usually build some sort of crystal defense for this, like Aegis. What I do to make them have to worry about your weapon and crystal damage, is build sorrow blade. With Alternating Current, you will have a quick attack speed and now with sorrow blade and Tension Bow, you have a high WP rate too. Getting to full armor with Metal Jacket or Aegis is very important for late team fights and is highly recommended. I got the Halcyon Chargers for my final boots because of the extra energy storage you now have. You will be able to use your abilities faster and more often because of the bonus energy regen as well. The Halcyon Chargers could be gotten at an earlier time if you get into a lot of team fights or you use your energy a bit more often with ganks and jungling.
