Threat Hero Notes
1
Baron A Baron matchup will be an easy matchup for you because Baron's skill A has slow projectile speed which you can dodge easily.
2
SAW A SAW matchup is pretty easy matchup too imo. He's slow with 12 stacks on passive and kinda squishy when you poke him with your passive or skill 1.

6
Samuel A Samuel matchup is kinda scary if you keep on getting poked by his passive. An advice on this matchup is just to let his creeps get near on your turret then kill 'em up.

8
Kestrel A CP Kestrel matchup can be a pain in the a**. Her skill A deals a lot of damage, a tip here is just to keep on moving when last htting to avoid getting arrowed to the face.
9

10
Gwen A Gwen matchup is a real pain in the a**. Her passive+skill A deals almost half of your HP in the early game. Just do the same trick on a Samuel matchup and you will be just fine.

Intro Top

CP Ringo is an OP hero because of the insane CP ratios on his skills. This guide will show you the basics of playing and mastering CP Ringo, playing CP Ringo against common carry heroes picks based on my experience.

Skill Build Top

First, you wanna get his skill B first and maxing it ASAP. It will be his "bread-and-butter" as it has additional attack speed, movement speed, and damage based on a percentage of his CP. Maxing out skill C afterwards can help you deal tons of damage on their carry or the whole team. It can also help you secure kills on fleeing enemy or secure objectives like the Krakken and the Gold Mine.

Item Build Top

Early Game:
You might want want to pickup crystal bit, hourglass, and 3 potions. Having 3 potions will up your survivability on the lane because Ringo has very low HP on the early parts of the game. Getting CB and hourglass will let you spam skill B often for a faster wave clear. You can also swap CB for swift shooter if you don't want to waste mana on spamming skill B. 2 CBs and 1 potions are not advicable as it will lessen your survivability on the early parts of the game.

First Recall/Purchase:
You wanna rush purchasing Alt. Current because it synergizes with your skill B. It has +Atk Speed, CP per hit and +CP. You also want to get boots because Ringo is kinda slow. If you are behind, you can substitute Alt. Current with Stormcrown. Stormcrown will help you last hit creeps and monsters faster, it will also up your damage output because it has additional dmg per hit and CD reduction.

Core Build:
Assuming you have either Alt Currrent or Stormcrown, you should get Broken Myth. It will help you deal damage on the enemy team because it will amplify your crystal damage output. You should also upgrade your boots to Journey boots as it will help you get in or get out of fights. Items you should also consider getting is either Shatterglass and Clockwork. Getting SG will boost your dmg output and make your R a nightmare for the enemy carry. Clockwork is also good for Ringo because it will reduce cooldowns and helps you regen mana. It will also amplify your CP. For defense items, you should get Slumbering Husk for pesky assasin junglers like Taka and or heroes with burst skills (e.g Joule's SS, Idris' Chakram, Celeste's SS) or Atlas Pauldrons for "fighter" junglers (e.g Krul, Glaive, Alpha, Blackfeather, WP Idris, Rona). Aegis is also good for him as it blocks spells and gives additional shield.

Gameplay Top

Early Game:

You want to earn that precious gold fast and avoid getting killed early. Keep on spamming skill 2 for a fast wave-clear or wait for the creep to be low and last hit it. You also want to avoid early team clashes because it will slow down your farming progress. Just throw your SS at the enemy before a gank so it will help you kill the carry faster or secure it.

Mid Game to Late Game:

When your team starts to group up, stay at 1 or 2 bushes away from your teamates. The reason for this is you will not be focused and you can kite your way. You also want to throw your SS at their carry or enemies that are close to each other before the clash. It will deal tons of damage before the clash and puts your team at an advantage. You might want to stay at bushes when casting your SS so that the enemy will not see you cast it and block it with Crucible/Aeigis/Reflex Block.
