Let's just say for this build, all you have to do is activate Pouncy Fun, hit em once or twice, and the funeral will have already started.
Farming
You may think you are, but your not a burst god as soon as you step off the platform with that Oakheart and a few potions, you gotta get some gold too. This build requires very efficient farming, so don't be scared to invade unless you're alone. When with a teammate, you can decide to switch Oakheart for an Ironguard Contract.
If not, not decide who needs to get more gold and each of you get a healing camp and a gold camp.
Abilities
Now let's talk about abilities. Your only real source of cool down and energy recharge is the chronograph inside of the Aftershock. That being said, this build only requires one or two abilities at a time in ganks and chases. That being said, in a team or one on one fight your abilities must be saved for the perfect moment and can't just be wasted unless you choose your last item to be clockwork. However, if you do choose clockwork, which I highly recommend, you will be more useful for late team fights and for an effective Kraken push.
Side-note: For this build, if you couldn't already tell, Pouncy Fun is your main ability for an effective burst gank. However, never neglect Twirly Death in the thick of battle. And never forget the powerful damage stun of Yummy Catnip Frenzy.
Ganks
Do I really have to say anything? You wait, then they die! Simple as that folks.
