Threat Hero Notes
1
Celeste Easy kill. Pull her in, she's most likely to die with her squishyness (I don't even know if that is a word).
1
Ardan You could walk out of the Gauntlet easily, and can make him exit his own Gauntlet by pulling them out.
2
Catherine Catherine has a very fast cooldown stun, but stuns don't work on Phinn. Just watch out for the ult and a overdrived B.
3
  No Threat
4
Glaive Phinn cannot be bounced around with the A. However he's very annoying since he can easily escape your ult, with his A.
5
  No Threat
6
  No Threat
7
  No Threat
8
Krul Krul is also very hard to take care. But you can body block his stun for your teammates but you cannot get out of this guy. He keeps sticking to you since you are too slow and his gap closer and his Shiversteel he'll most likely have.
9
  No Threat
10
Taka Taka is so annoying, hard to keep him to stop moving, keeps disappearing and can't A on him because of his A and ult. And has a speed boost when he has the Mortal Wound.
10
Skye Too mobile for you, cannot get out of ult because you are slowed and stunned, and can easily juke you on your A and ult.

Before We Begin/Finish Top

HELLO! I will show you all how to play the best Phinn ever. I do main Phinn so this is the build I use when I play Ardan, so you should trust this build with all your Dragonheart! The reason why I main roam? It's because everyone wants to instalock jungler/laner, so I cannot play as jungler/laner. R.I.P.

I will respond to all questions in the comments that you post (or comment lol)!

I recommend watching this video!:

START (PICK ONE), JUNGLE CLEAR #1, #2 Top

So now there's more ways to start a match when playing roam, which is going to make it harder for me to make these roam guides. So you can start with either Ironguard Contract, Protector Contract, Dragonblood Contract, and Oakheart, whatever you require. If you are starting with Oakheart, get Crystal Bit next. If you started with a contract, go for Oakheart next. After your second jungle clear, you can sell your contract. And Crystal Bit. IF YOU STARTED WITH A CONTRACT, DO NOT GET A Crystal Bit, go straight for the Light Shield. This is why I prefer Oakheart as my first item, so I don't fall behind since I need to get Fountain of Renewal faster than the enemy roamer, but I have a long ways to go if I have to buy and sell contract and Crystal Bit. If you get Oakheart first, you are one step ahead of the enemy roamer. Also, if you see you are a bit less than a Fountain of Renewal, you can just sell your Crystal Bit for that amount of gold, that is what I meant in the instructions up top :P.

Ability Combos Top

This ability combo can be used when you're not level 6 or when you are level 6. you use Polite Company first to pull them into you and you Quibble before they escape. They'll be slowed (stunned if maxed) and take massive damage early game.

This is when you are level 6 and in the team in the lead. You want to do this when you know you can survive this fight because your team has more infused than theirs or even they have no infusions, or when you can see one already has some missing health, or when the enemy team is under levelled, or underfarmed. You want to start a fight by making enemy team get caught out by using Forced Accord. Then you want to polite company to give your teammates fortified health and [[quibble for the stun or slow and damage.

You may want to Quibble first before Polite Company because they have a very mobile hero that can easily escape. For example, If the enemy team has Skye, then you want to stun Skye in place before she can Suri Strike away, making it easier to kill the high squishy damage dealer she is. Or you may want to Quibble first so Taka can take the stun first, which makes Taka want to Kaku away so you will Polite Company after so you can reveal him out of his Kaku.

So it was basically the same as the first one, but you add Forced Accord at the end. Maybe your cooldown isn't done yet, so you Forced Accord at the end. Or basically the enemy is running away from you because you ambushed them and you just pull them in to get your jungle carry a kill.

Phinn/Item Updates Top

Update 1.17: Killer Bunny Rona

Flare and Fountain of Renewal projectile speed is now faster! Easier to land Fountain of Renewal and Flare!
Lifespring has a new passive: After being out of combat with enemy heroes for 5 seconds, regenerate 2.5% of your missing health per second.

Update 1.18: Lance

Crystal Infusion and Weapon Infusions now only let you take one of them! Your choice! But I recommend Crystal Infusion almost every time.
Scout Traps now have a visual effect when being placed. Its not just a place on the ground, it looks cool and yeah...

Update 1.19: Lyra

New items for roamers which made me redo almost the whole 3 guides I have!: Protector Contract, Dragonblood Contract, Stormcrown, War Treads, Flare Gun!
Protector Contract is one of the contracts which will give your ally a small health barrier.
Dragonblood Contract is one of the contracts which can be activated and once activated it can mark nearby enemies which slows them and takes more crystal damage.
Ironguard Contract got redone so now you don't need a contract for ambient gold and Ironguard Contract will heal you and your teammate if a minion is killed.
Stormguard Banner now makes you use an ability before you get the true damage. You get 6 basic attacks dealing 75 damage to non-heroes and 20 to heroes for 6 seconds. Not very good item this update. You need an Energy Battery to buy.
Stormcrown is a tier 3 version of Stormguard Banner which when you use an ability, it gives you 4 basic attacks in the next 6 seconds that deals 140 true damage to non-heroes and 35 to heroes. And it gives you cooldown speed, energy recharge, energy, and health. To buy, you need Stormguard Banner, and Chronograph.
War Treads is now the new Warhorn! In boot form! Nearby allies get to sprint for 2 seconds with a 60 second cooldown, with 0.4 movement speed, with 500 health, and no Stormguard Banner passive. To purchase, buy Travel Boots and Dragonheart.
Flare Gun is a new item which allows you to place unlimited Flares every 18 seconds! Not very good against Takas because the cooldown is very long.
Contraption cooldown up from 3 to 5 seconds with 18 second cooldown each charge (3 charges max). No more health regeneration, no more Stormguard Banner passive, +35% cooldown speed, +3 energy recharge, and a new recipe.
Shiversteel now makes your basic attacks slow enemies, for 6 seconds, and every basic attacks slows for 1.2 seconds. And the cooldown down from 20 to 18.
Travel Boots passive movement speed fown from 0.45 to 0.4, bonus health down from 200 to 100, and no more health regeneration.
Chronograph's energy recharge per second up from 2.4 to 2.5.
Aftershock has the same thing as [[chronograph] (I got 2 more to go so I'm lazy deal with it).
Flare is renamed from Flare Gun.
