ALSO:I'm planning on releasing another guide,but I'm not exactly sure who I should make on for,so please reply to this on what hero I should do,it would be very appreciated.:)

If you have noticed that this guide keeps getting updated,it's because that I just see a spelling mistake that just really ticks me off.Ususally I don't bother correcting them as people still get the point,but there's always gonna be one that just makes it look stupid.

I will add him,but I never went up against him as Joule in a ranked match (I make my threat-o-meter descriptions based on self-experience,and some advice about certain hero tactics by other players)

Plus I'm going to do a large update on the guide around when update 2.5 is out,so I can keep it up to date.So expect Changes in the threat-o-meter,and most likely (IF WP items do receive changes) the build guide.

Um...Great guide except a few things. The only time Celeste is easy to take out is when you stun her. I use Celeste quite often and I easily beat Joule with Helio Core Collapse Supernova Solar Storm, and it works out fine. I guess it just depends on the skill?
Great Build overall, but maybe add CP joule, because You didn't mention that it is a weapon power build so maybe you can specify.
One last think, I main Petal as a jungler, so that means its offensive?
Just saying though, maybe you can delete that part. :)

For the Celeste part,I'm talking about her from experience,and I never really found it difficult taking on a Celeste(Perhaps it's based on the Celeste experience?)
I am Currently Working on a CP Joule build but never found time to finish it.
Yeah sorry about the Petal part,I just get really frustrated when I'm up against one (I'll remove it so no one finds it offensive)

I know its frustrating against a petal. I also play CP joule when shes free and its so funny when she has frostburn, they never escape! You should also try that.
And I know that Joule is meant to be a counter to Celeste. wink wink. It's just the more experience players fing ways to counter her.
