This is very similar to my Ringo build, the only suggested change I could have is that rather than building a shatter glass or sorrow blade, build a Tyrant's Monocle. This is because it allows crit on top of a Aftershock, which can be devastating, allowing you to burst down all but the tankiest Heros.

Great guide butI have some question about final attack items. What should I do when ememys go both of ammor and shild? And is this guide affect in EA server meta?

The thing about ringo and krul is true IF you have teammates because trust me this loadout is really good and i seeringo and i use this load out which pretty damn good and i just got destroyed by that stun frost burn, etc and i could not even run away because he uses his special at the best moments... When I use my boots and twirling silver and he just keeps on slowing me down and since he has clockwork and aftershock combo he uses his dead mans rush to own me. So its intierly good againts krul but dang the dmg too op

Question! New to this- do you guys go straight for the final items? (Aftershock, Tension Bow) - or do you get all the middle items involved as well building up to the final item?
