Usually, you’ll want to rush a Serpent’s Mask with some health picked up along the way. Serpent’s Mask gives Rona a good amount of burst damage off of Foesplitter, and crazy healing at all times. Breaking Point will stack fairly quickly, especially with her Red Mist ultimate. Shiversteel is very important on Rona since it provides her with a big chunk of health and extra stickiness onto her enemies.
As Needed.
Journey Boots are an obvious choice to keep Rona in the fight. Sorrowblade can be picked up instead of a defensive item if you do not find yourself losing too much health during teamfights. As Rona is a tanky bruiser, defense is a must. Consider picking up defense against the greatest source of damage early game – either a Kinetic Shield or Coat of Plates. Atlas Pauldron is great against SAW, Krul, Glaive, and other heroes that rely off of high attack speed..
