I made this build in a practice match so I did not put threat levels. To me, it would seem that you could stay in a fight, but avoid tanks and high damage champions/builds. Since you already know that Taka can make full builds with not much money, this will be different. Tornado Trigger costs 2,600 each and Serpent's Mask costs 2,800. You will need 15,800 cash in total to buy the build, but once you get this, Kraken will be no problem.
To fight Kraken, just tank it. Use Kaiten to avoid damage and use BASIC attacks (there is no need for his Ultimate). The damage Kraken deals to you is MOSTLY restored through weapon lifesteal. House Kahuma (passive) grants 30% weapon lifesteal and a burst of speed for each of hits critical attacks. This is good because you have five Tornado Triggers giving you 100% critical chance. Serpent's Mask will add 20% weapon lifesteal and 90 weapon Power. Your full item build with House Kahuma will give you: 375% attack speed, 100% critical chance, 50% weapon lifesteal, and 125% cool down reduction (at five Ki stacks). (I only listed what is useful for versing Kraken)
