Hello, this is toebee.
I have been playing Vainglory for a month now. I'm in EU with over 80 wins and I'm by no means the best player but I thought I would enlighten the masses with the CP Taka build.
I'm presenting a MLG guide to those who want to use Taka as a CP hero.
Most people use WP Taka (only skrubs). However, I really enjoy playing CP Taka more than WP Taka. It seems to be more fun and bursty. It is indeed viable and usable in skill tiers between 1-7. But I wouldn't recommend even using Taka (WP AND CP) in the highest skill tiers since it was nerfed back in 1.9 and can be counter built and destoryed

List of Stuff to get
Alternating Current
RUSH THIS ITEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
Taka's basic attack is pretty meh and it will get better damage once
Alternating Current is bought.
Eve of Harvest + Defensive Item
Reflex Block /
Coat of Plates
NEXT UP IS THE EVE AND 1 DEFENSIVE ITEM + BOOTS
One problem with CP Taka is the lack of damned energy. Get an abundance of energy with some nice lifesteal and cp. Even it was changed after updates, The Eve is a dank-*** item.
This build spreads the damage across the board (ability power + attack speed + basic attack boost)
Shatterglass + SITUATIONAL
Shatterglass. What else to say? More damage = Better = Win = Happy right? The last item? Just choose another defensive item or a extra shatterglass for the top it off. If the other team built a aegis for you, get a Broken Myth to destroy that shield
Kaiten
Amazing damage dealer. Also dodges any harmful effects during the animation. Get to level 5 asap. Will do a **** ton of damage.
Kaku
Some people don't know how good this thing actually is! It is a combination of Fountain of Renewal, Sprint Boots, and Invisibility.
1. Use it when you are low on health. It is CP SCALED!! So you get an insane heal from it. AS MUCH AS A RENEWAL!!!
2. Use it to get out of chases. If you are low on health, and have to get the hell out, use this ability to escape. One tip is to go the exact opposite direction you were going before, that way the enemy won't be able to know where you are escaping
3. Use it to gank. It makes you invisible. OP
X-Retsu
SO MUCH BURST
Use to engage or finish off a enemy. Will do insane amounts of damage if built properly. Get it to level 3!
Patterns
1. X-Retsu -> Kaiten -> Finish off with basic attacks -> Get out or heal with Kaku
2. Kaiten -> Basic Attacks -> Finish off with X-Retsu -> Get out or heal with Kaku
Gank 3. Kaku -> Basic Attacks -> Kaiten -> Finish with X-Retsu -> Get out
You should be able to MELT :)
