 Lorelai Lorelai can Stop you very easyly by Using 'Splashdown' and 'Waterwall' also she can stun you with 'Fish Food'.

Level UP This Ability First,in the Jungle ins't that usefull but when you Gank it will make a huge difference,if you also manage to ROOT the enemy with your Binding Light, i'm pretty sure it will be a garanted kill. In the Late Game, this skill will be hell of annoying for the Enemy Team with 85% of SLOW with Frostburn and Spellfire cutting the healing.
Binding Light
Slot:A Lv:MAX
Try to Combo your Binding Light into Fairy Dust if you can't, use it as a Zoning area, the Enemy will try to avoid and you can use that to corner him.
Mooncloak
Slot:C
In the Early game use to Save na Ally, invade the Enemy Jungle or Gank with someone. In the Late Game use for Team Engage, clear Enemies Vision, PickOff and etc.
Willow Whisper
Slot:HP
Flicker gains stealth, TRUE SIGHT and a move-speed bonus when in brush for 2s. Flicker can then leave the brush and remain stealthed for 3s. Use your HP to Invade the Enemy Jungle safely or just know where you can gank and where you can't.
Flicker's Good Synergy:
  • Spellfire: Works very well with Flicker's Habilities Binding Light and Fairy Dust also if the Enemy Captain use Fountain Of Renewal(or somekind of healing)to Heal his/her carry this will cut his/her healing.
  • Broken Myth: If the Enemy carry build Slumbering Husk, Aegis or Celestial Shroud you will need Magic Penetration.
  • Frostburn: is PERFECT for Fairy Dust and after Spellfire change this will be the first item by now and you already have 60% of SLOW why not 85%?
Flicker's Bad Synergy:
  • Aftershock: You already have Cooldown Reduction,this item damage Sucks and don't Work well with Flicker's Habilities.
  • Clockwork: OK,YOU ALREADY HAVE COOLDOWN REDUCTION YOU DON'T NEED MORE BECAUSE THE LIMIT IS 35%.
  • Dragon's Eye: Flicker CP is a Bruiser you just need to enter, deal a certain amount of damage or kill someone and leave, you can't stay too much or you will die.

-Invisibility for him and All Teammates-

-Low DMG on Jungle-
-Can't 1v1 early-
-Easy to be invaded-
-Overall weak early game-
