Basicly a better version of lyra passive

also her splash arts make her look pretty <3

She has a cute face that looks innocent... Can't forget the scene when she killed Lyra. However, her perk can't slow people.

Buy a frost burn and now you can slow all the targets and the main target for 35%

Acutally it’s glitch

play celeste with frost burn her passive will apply the slow
most likely will happen to the same with varya

Nope. Celeste's perk states that her basic attack has a SPELL COMPONENT. Not sure about Varya though,
it says it deals crystal damage and consume energy but is it a spell/ability?
