You will get electrified by this awesome build. The main Idea is, to bring the cooldowns low enough to frequently use the abilities, at wich Clockwork and alternating current will help you. Place scout traps to have vision over the jungle camps, so you can jump in with pouncy fun. You can clear the camps that fast, that you can do both: farm and gank. However, you are quite squishy, so you have to get out fast, when your health gets to low. For this, your perc is fantastic. Have some fun with your awesome ability damage, the low cooldowns and the great agility of your hero and build.
