Why use this Guide? Top
I have been playing Vainglory for about 2 years now and each season I have consistently reached The Hotness to POA. I play primarily on the SEA region and discovered that very few players actually use
Alpha in ranked matches. I decided to test Aplha out for myself to see why people weren't using this hero and what j discovered was a character with a diverse range of abilities and high level of adaptability.
Alpha can survive the initial burst damage if the commonly used assasin heroes like
Taka and
Koshka aswell as survive long team fights and jungle skirmishes.
Alpha can hunt down her foes easily and her damage can easily match that of a
Glaive and most of the more brutish junglers. I believe that Alpha has a large amount of untapped potential and is vastly underused, I have experimented with many builds over the last couple of seasons trying to find ways to balance the changes that were made to her kit. The above build is what I found to be most effective and should allow use in the most situations in comparison to many of the other
Alpha builds. I hope you find this guide useful and can broaden your hero roster by adding this amazing hero to your ever expanding list of builds, comps and heroes.
Why choose Alpha? Top
As stated above
Alpha can survive burst damage with ease and can out sustain even a
Krul in combat.
Alpha Is more versatile than most heroes and offers a stronger choice in the jungle than many of the commonly used heroes,
Taka and
Glaive are two such examples of these heroes.
Alpha can offer a better option in many situations, ultimates and abilitys often do large amounts of damage that can completely shut heroes out of fights however with alpha this is the oposite, once the initial team bursts are dropped and the ults are played alphas power is kept constant.
Alpha Can destroy her oponents regardless of situation, she is able to swiftly move throughout the jungle and hunt down enemy heroes with ease. Strong
Alpha players can reposition in fights using her A and dodge ults such as
Big Red Button and
Verse of Judgement.
Alpha Is a strong and adaptable hero that poses a threat to every hero, she dominates jungle skirmishes and destroys her oponents swiftly.
Alpha is a strong hero with a lot of grit, you should choose
Alpha to broaden your hero roster and implement new tactics into your gameplay. Without having to worry about mana like
Glaive and many other junglers,
Alpha is a great option to expand your gameplay and win more matches. After all the reason your probably reading this guide is to find a guid that will allow you to win.
A message to my readers Top
I created this guide in hopes that people will add
Alpha to their hero roster, many people haven't used
Alpha before or simply don't use
Alpha. I believe that this needs to change,
Alpha is a very versatile hero, she can easily adapt to different situations and enhance your gameplay and overal performance. I hope this Guide offered some insight into how to play
Alpha and also allows you to enjoy playing one of my favourite heroes. Niw I understand the controversial tension bow on the build above however early game
Alpha is best used an assasin type character that throughout the game, progresses into a tanky warrior. The tension bow has helped out when fighting against other assasin characters,
Taka will always lose to
Alpha if when is played properly, the tension bow offers consistent armour pierce against oponents and offers burst damage in early game. With the following build I have never lost to a
Taka or a
Koshka in a 1v1 fight, your sustain and damage will easily rival all other warriors and assasins. Late game when the build is complete you will outlast and out damage all oponents and with practice, talent and a little bit of skill, you will soon be master of the jungle. Thankyou for taking time out of your day to read my guide and I hope to produce more guides in the near future.
