Hi Reidblack here with another guide.
This time we'll be going through another one of my favorite heroes; Ringo.
I'm the kind of guy that would wait till my team mates have picked their heroes at hero selection and then pick a hero that would fill the remaining role.
But when it comes down to picking a ranged weapon carry, I almost always pick
SAW because he's just that powerful if you know how to keep his passive up - leaving the one armed drunk unfavorable. Let's face it, Ringo is obviously the underdog in terms of damage output and is also a prime target for gap closers like
Glaive,
Catherine, and
Koshka.
It's time to change that.
I'll try to make this as brief as possible.
Ringo may be an underdog in terms of damage, but he has one niche that no other hero can pull off; ranged burst.

Build boots anytime, but make sure yours are at least of the same tier as your enemies, so always keep an eye on their items.
The above listed are merely item priorities and in no way how you should always build your set, always adapt to the situation.
Now let me explain.
Tension bow should be a no brainer if you want burst damage right? 250 damage right of the bat and armor pierce (excellent for bursts)! And if you manage to get this item early on (around level 5 or 6), that basically puts your team at a huge advantage for team fights at this stage of the game, trust me.
Sorrow blade? I was debating with myself on whether I should recommend this item, because usually when I start building sorrow blade I feel like I'm falling behind in damage for some reason with Ringo. But nevertheless, this is an essential build in any weapon carry (especially when your team wants to get kraken quickly), and should never be overlooked.
TWO tyrant's monocle?! Yes, why? Burst Ringo relies on burst. His passive ensures a critical strike, which means 2 tyrant's monocle would mean 60% crit damage and 100 raw damage.
Add the 150 damage from sorrow blade, the armor pierce from tension bow and the 250(!) damage passive, you got one hell of a burst with just your first auto attack.
Of course you could also build tornado trigger in the case of when you feel you need more consistent damage for your team. (Though I prefer the extra 50 damage from tyrant's monocle)
Aftershock is the item that would surprise some, but definitely not the veterans. If you've played aftershock adagio you'll know the wrath that this item brings to tank Catherine and Glaive. Aftershock adds crystal power increasing your 1st skill's damage and not to mention the 20% health damage on the next basic attack. Add this burst to the burst we mentioned earlier, BAM! You've completed your Burst Ringo.
But Reid, after that then what? Well as the title suggests, you Ringo the hell out of there (i mean run if you didn't catch on...).
Ringo excels in mobility and kiting, only second to that cat Koshka. Ringo has obvious range advantages. Ringo can finish people off with a long range ultimate. Why not abuse them?
Remember to always have your passive ready when fighting enemies.
Remember to always have boots to at least match the enemies'.
Vs
SAW. Never fight him head to head, make use of the hit and ringo tactic.
Vs
Koshka. Always wait for her to pop her leap first, if you become her target it's the end.
Vs
Adagio. Pay attention to surrounding enemies because he will try to slow you, always keep your distance.
Vs
Catherine. Simple, just wait till
Stormguard is down and kite her.
Vs
Glaive. Like Koshka, wait for him to pop his dash first.
Vs
Petal. Don't kill her, you monster.
That's as much as I want to give (heh). The rest is up to you, adapt well.
