Koshka relies on bursting down her enemies and excels in quick, short fights. In the early game you want heavy crystal and some light counter against the enemy jungles. The crystal bit in the build guide can either become a piercing shard or an eclipse prism depending on the enemy jungler's counter. Try and prioritize shatter glass if facing squishy heroes and eventually build an aftershock when the enemy team gets more tank. On the other hand, prioritize an aftershock if they enemy team is very tanky in the early game (glaive and reim). Late game you will want to build counter because your burst will not be as effective and you will be stuck in longer fights. Instead of an aegis, you can build a fountain if their crystal carry or jungler does not have a lot of damage. (Note: You will need a reflex block so the fountain might take the place of weapon counter or an offensive item.)Building a fountain also helps your team because you can keep your high damage carry alive longer, and it is away to make up for Koshka's lack of late game damage. When playing against a weapon powered hero, try building an atlas when you are faced against a high attack speed hero (SAW or Ringo), and try and use it after you use your pouncy fun(A) to engage. If they are building less attack speed try building a metal jacket. Regarding strategy, try and invade when you are faced against, so your power spike(the period of time when Koshka's damage is most effective) will last longer. Keep riding the power spike until your burst damage lessens. At this point is best to finish your counter and/or fountain. (Note: An aggressive style of play will increase the length of your power spike, but you must be careful because if you are too aggressive you will lose more than you gain).
