Monster Top

Start off early with Minion's foot and quickly add some attack speed. Next add a battery and boots when you hit 600 gold. Upgrade boots ASAP since jungling speed and speed to help the lane is crucial. Don't waste time chasing runners, focus on $$$$. You are The Carry but you can only be The Carry if you don't Tarry.

Now get your Tornado Trigger first. Then keep grinding $$$ up to Monocle. Some ppl go Monocle first, YMMV.

Next you need Clockwork. The key to PVP on this build is tactical play and escapability. Sniping with afterburn. Strategic stunning. Splitting up the enemy team. It is very based on timing. Use afterburn for defense more than offense. Clockwork keeps its refresh fast.

Maybe go Bonesaw if you need to get thru some armor.

Maybe add a shield if they have a super high crystal enemy.
