Phinn Phinn can be really tanky, which you can easily melt with your ramping weapons, but his grab and stun can let the enemy team finish you off while you're stuck without stacks.
8
Krul If you're good at kiting, he's not too much of an issue, but be careful as Krul can leech and stack just as fast, if not faster than you can.
9
Koshka Koshka's stun can ruin your stack-building and life-leeching, effectively neutralizing you while the rest of the enemy team can melt you down, so be ready with that reflex block.
9
Glaive Glaive's stun and displace from Afterburn can put you in a really bad position, and you'll likely be dead before you can get your stacks up.
10
Taka Burst heroes are this build's worst enemy - you might not have enough time to build up your stacks, and Taka makes it even harder because you don't seem him coming.
10
Grumpjaw Grumpjaw, if built for damage, can be super bursty unless kited well. Even if not built for damage, his ult makes you helpless to stack, meaning you'll be dead very quickly after you get spit out.

Why Use this Build? Top

I personally use this build in Blitz and Battle Royale, because those are the modes I like to play most. These modes also help to shore up Ringo's reliance on gold, letting you quickly get the items you need to dominate the Fold. I haven't tried this build very much in standard matches, but if you do, let me know how it goes!

This build is really good at melting bruisers, outleeching enemy carries, and even sometimes shutting down assassins, if you have enough stacks from Breaking Point. Even though you don't build much weapon power and have no crit items, you hit really hard because of the stacks from Breaking Point and Bonesaw. Because all the damage you need comes from these two items and a Serpent's Mask (which also provides amazing sustain), you are free to spend the last two slots on defensive items (Aegis and Metal Jacket), which ensure you will have enough time to stack up wreak havoc.

Reasoning Behind Items Top

Serpent's Mask

This is the first item I would get on Ringo simply because he needs the sustain. The passive 10% lifesteal can go a long way in keeping you alive; with your insane damage output you can heal up to full really quickly. When the special ability of Serpent's Mask is up, however, you become almost immortal because of how quickly you heal. I would not drop this item for Poisoned Shiv in almost all situations because of its passive and the base weapon power, but if you find that you don't really need the burst heal and the enemy has a high-sustain bruiser, you could make the switch.

Breaking Point

Attack speed helping you build up Bonesaw stacks along with base weapon power and its special scaling passive make this a great item to get to melt those damage sponges. If skirmishes aren't lasting long enough to fully utilize Breaking Point's potential, it might be wise to switch to Sorrowblade.

Bonesaw

Ringo has crazy high attack speed when he uses Twirling Silver. Combine that with this item and Breaking Point's attack speed bonuses, and you'll be shredding armor ridiculously quickly, letting your Breaking Point build stacks quicker. With Serpent Mask heal up, max armor shred and max stacks on Breaking Point, I don't think there's anything that could take you down.

Halycon Chargers

They give you move speed and that energy regen which helps with the cost of Twirling Silver and the occasional Achilles Shot for peel and escaping enemies.

Aegis and Metal Jacket

2 defensive items on a carry? Really? Well the combination of SM, BP, and BS give you enough damage for anything so there's no reason to build any more offensive items. Nothing you couldn't kill before would become killable. In fact, Aegis and Metal Jacket "boost" your damage, because they keep you alive, and dead Ringos can't do damage. With these two items, Ringo actually becomes pretty tanky, and combined with the sustain from SM, you're set to take on the world.
