Core Items.
Typically, a Ringo will start out with a Weapon Blade, even when going a CP route, just because it makes last-hitting minions easier. However, you’ll want to rush an Alternating Current for some raw Crystal Power and the passive effect, which synergizes well with Twirling Silver. After that, you’ll want a Shatterglass for the raw Crystal Power – this will make your Hellfire Brews hit hard. It’s important to note that some people don’t like building Alternating Current on Ringo, instead going straight for Shatterglass and then Broken Myth; AC offers more sustain damage, whereas a build without AC relies much more on Achilles Shot and Hellfire Brew to output damage. Both build paths are viable, and are up to personal preference. Once again, a Reflex Block should be usually be built by the time your opponents turn level 6, as many heroes that don’t have stuns until level 6 get them in the form of their ultimates.
As Needed...
The defensive choices are fairly typical for all squishy carries. You’ll want to build situationally and as little defense as the game allows – the more you spend on offensive items to keep up the pressure, the better. Of course, building lots of offense is pretty awful if you’re just dying in 3 seconds every teamfight. Broken Myth is a good offensive choice on Ringo to further increase his damage output. Clockwork decreases cooldowns on all his skills, which is very useful for a Crystal Power Ringo build.
