Prime Directive Top
PRIME DIRECTIVE
Alpha scans for enemies along a path. If she scans an enemy, that enemy is slowed and Alpha instantly dashes behind them, dealing damage to the target and all enemies within 4.5 meters (65% damage to minions). This also removes the negative effects of Core Overload (without removing the positive effects), dealing increased damage based on the number of stacks removed.
This ability is great for escapes, chasing fleeing enimies, and damaging multiple heroes in teamfights. ALWAYS take this as your second overdrive, after core charge. When entrring a teamfight, make sure this ability is ready, and that you have a good amount of core overload stacks. This is very important. The amount of core overload stacks significantly increses the damage done by core charge, and prime directive. When entering the lane to try and ambush the enemy carry, make sure to slay a monster to get stacks of core overload, then immediately enter the lane so you still have core overload stacks from the mosnter. Land your prime directive to dash to your target, dealing a good amount of damage from the core overload stacks. If the enemy tries to flee, use your core charge ability to close the distance and finish them off. Also, take note that landing prime directive will keep the healing of core overload, but remove the bad stuff.
Core Charge Top
Alpha lunges forward, landing a basic attack on her target and fracturing the ground for additional crystal damage in a small area. Each time she uses this ability, she spends 10% of her current health and gains Core Overload for 5.5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
Basic attacks reduces the cooldown of Core Charge by 1 second.
Core Overload: Alpha loses 1% of her current health every second, but also increases the damage of subsequent Core Charges and causes her basic attacks to heal her. Basic attacks refresh the duration.
Alpha's success revolves around this ability, and it affects nearly everything. I recommend learning this ability first, and taking it as your first overdrive in all situations. This ability helps Alpha accel at the jungle position, becuase the healing from core overload keeps her health steady as she farms. Becuase of this and her heroic perk, there is no reson to be afraid of being ambushed while jungling esrly game. Core charge takes some of your own health to land, but all basic attacks afterwards will heal you, so remeber to land basic attacks in team fights, and also note that prime directive will remove the health cost if you land it.
Termination Protocol Top
TERMINATION PROTOCOL
On activation, Alpha begins a self destruct sequence. At the start of this she gains a burst of move speed as well as 400-1000 barrier (based on her level). Immediately afterward, she rapidly loses move speed as her Halcyon core approaches critical mass.
After 3 seconds, or immediately upon her barrier being breached, Alpha explodes. This explosion deals heavy crystal damage to all enemies within 4.5 meters and is lethal to herself.
This ability can only be activated while Infinite Reboot is available. Upgrading this ability reduces the cooldown of Infinite Reboot.
To be honest with you guys, I do not really like this ability. The concept is cool, but quite frankly it doesn't work as well as I'd like it to. Core charge and prime directive are much more powerful abilities so, do not take the final rank of this ultimate. The main reason I dislike this ability is that it really doesnt do that much damage to heroes around you-but it kills Alpha. I think if it's enough to kill alpha, it should be enough to kill, or do a lot more damage to enemies. However, this can be useful if you're being attacked by multiple low-health enemies, and you know they are about to send you into the reboot process. In this situation l, activate your ultamite (becuase you're about to reboot anyway) and you can finish off surrounding low-health enemies. Another downside to this l, however, is you slow down right before you explode, giving most enemies time to escape. You can use prime directive while you are terminating, but it is still very hard to land.
