Straight to the chase Top
Pros:
1 more assassin on the team
Everyone gets gold
Ain't no invades happening on your watch
Still able to output considerable damage despite being a support
Cons
Squishy (can be bursted down)
No cc apart from ult
Heavy risk of ks-ing your teammates
Why use this guide Top
soloQ often lacks supports. I've seen more Shatterglasses on Takas than Ironguards as first item
I main support myself in both Vainglory and League of Legends, simply because I find it the least stressful role, you can pretty much relax and let your carries take the reins while you protect them. However when it comes to compensating as a support and carrying, say a wp Celeste and a 6 tornado trigger SAW, conventional supports like Catherine and Ardan don't quite meet the mark for damage. And that's where Koshka comes in.
In my experience Koshka doesn't really need too much to do decent damage. Her core item is simply enough, and while they say post-nerf she's useless, she can still go tanky.

Group at the jungle shop, place a scout trap in your jungle shop bush
Kite the minions through your jungle rotations
Constantly check your laner, if s/he is at less than half health ping him/her ONCE away from overextending, accompany him to jungle shop for his/her items.
When you can, try to place a scout trap in the enemy lane sidebrush, the enemy tribush corner that meets with the goldminer pit, or next to the jungle shop on the enemies' side. Oh, and also the gold mine of course :)
Mid game Top
After hitting level 6 through constant farming and obtaining
, move to aggressive warding in the enemy jungle, being careful not to get caught. When you can, ward their health minion closest to the jungle shop, and the crevice to the right of the jungle shop bush
If your team gains a lead use aggressive invades to secure further vision. Don't overstay your welcome, but feel free to take a few camps
If the enemy starts to get brave and constantly invades your side of the jungle and even lane, rush a
to spam scout traps and ward everywhere :P
Late game Top
While it's unlikely that your tankiness as a squishy will outscale the enemy damage late game, you should be able to stand at the front of the fight to protect your team. Try to stay with the team, during teamfights avoid the tanky support and focus the carries. I tend to pop a
at the start of a heavy teamfight, such that it can be up again afterwards, healing all my teammates. Timely reflex blocks by you can block chunky spells like Celeste's
or Joule's
With enough vision you can steal away camps from the enemy jungle for yourself, and get closer to the next tank item. Ideally I like to have
,
,and
, maybe even a
when I'm feeling on point with activating items.
