Skye I'm...not quite sure where Skye falls honestly. Haven't played enough matches with her to know. Only advice I have to offer right now is watch for her stun. Leave your tips in the comments.
1
  No Threat
2
Ardan Ardan, your favorite plaything. Unless he builds all WP (it could happen), he shouldn't be a threat. Pop a slow, then mow him down. Watch out for gauntlet though.
2
Catherine Ah, the walking bubble. She won't be too much of a problem until higher tiers, but typically the only time you should fear her is if you're overextending, or if you're the last one alive after an ambush and need to book it out. Don't attack her while her bubble is up, and never focus her first.
3
Krul Can you kill a corpse? Time to find out. Don't overextend early game because he will likely be waiting in the brush. If he rushes you, pop an Achilles Shot and kite him into oblivion. Be warned though: Never. Ever. EVER. run into the brush first.
3
Joule Your mobility should make her aimed attacks useless. Out maneuver her and light her up. Watch for stuns. If you see that big red circle, then run.
4
SAW CP saw could ruin your day. Don't get caught in his suppressing fire whatever you do. Check his build to see if he's building cooldown reduction. If so, take that into account for factoring how much time you have before the next suppressing fire comes. Expect Rodie Runs often. If he does, Achilles Shot, then twirling silver and run!
5
Adagio Now, adagio isn't a 5/10 so much as he is either a 2 or a 7. I just decided to meet somewhere in the middle. Early game he is typically not a threat, but if he decides to roll lane or start building offensively, he can become a problem pretty quickly.
5
Koshka Koshkas will typically build crystal, in which case your armor will be relatively useless. Just something to keep in mind. Shouldn't be too much of a problem though. Watch for stun and for her chasing spead. Cheetah's are cats too you know.
5
Vox Not as much of a threat as the other laners, but slippery and harder to kill. Don't let him get the drop on you. You can probably sustain a fight, but he probably won't be fighting alone.
5
Glaive Ah, my first hero. Ironic if I see this build used against me huh? Anyway, watch for his afterburn knockback. He's big and slow, but also very tanky. Kite him for days but make sure you have some sort of notion of how long you've got left until the next afterburner and where you are relative to his range.
5
Fortress Two words: mortal wounds. They will ruin your day and screw with your lifesteal. His ultimate can ruin a planned ambush easily, and also finish you off if you're trying to escape. It's unlikely, but in the event of a 1v1 slow him and kite but watch for his gap closer.
6
Petal Ah yes, the energizer bunny's lesser known sister. She's slightly more of a threat to you than you are to her for one simple reason: she has farther range. Try to avoid a fight unless you can get the first and last hit. Watch out for her ult.
6
Ringo The fight that was foretold in the stories of old. Ringo vs Ringo. It'll be very dependent on A). How experienced you are vs them and B). How they build. If they build all WP, just get some armor and make sure you initiate. Don't run, that'll usually just make things worse. If they build hybrid crystal and armor, that complicates things. In any case, it's very likely that their build will be a burst damage one. Your sustain will probably be higher so you should win in a simple 1v1. Keep tabs on how your fights have been going that match and plan accordingly. Always fight on your terms, not theirs.
6
Skaarf Skaarf's threat typically won't be this high early game so gank him as often as you please. Late game, be careful as he likely is packing a lot more firepower. (Get it? Eh?eh?)
6
Celeste Same as skaarf. Watch for her core collapse and ultimate. If she takes a chunk out of your health, find some goons and fill it back up with your life steal.
7
SAW You might be thinking, "hey I've seen this sh*t before! This is a double post!" First off, calm down pottymouth. Second, this is WP SAW. While his abilities won't do much damage, watch out for his basic attacks once he's at full stacks. He will mow you down without a second thought. Ambush in brush and harass until team can arrive for some needed help. NOTE: once you build armor, he will fall off, just be wary until then.
8
Rona Rona isn't quite as much as a threat as Taka but I've still found her to be more of a threat than the others. She's faster than Glaive and can heal herself easier than Krul. Kiting won't be easy but it's possible. If you're low on health however, don't even try to kite. Slow and then book it the f*ck out.
9
Taka Taka, supreme overlord of all things squishes fear. You'll be low on health after a fight, porting back to your base, when suddenly BAM! Taka appears and now you're dead. You can't kite him because of his gap closers and stealth, and you can't finish him if he decides to run because you can't kill what you can't see. Don't 1v1 him because even if you can out-damage him, he'll likely be back while you're low on health.

This build is named as it is because, like an uninvited guest, you will be a leech. Ambush and harass frequently, dealing high burst and sustained damage, replenishing your own health as you do so. Use your high mobility to your advantage, and make them ashamed of losing to a one-armed, drunken marksman.

I've already given my advice on what to do for each hero specifically but here I'll make some last minute general clarifications:
    1. After killing a lane minion, try to attack the enemy laner. It'll be a critical hit.
    2. Whenever the enemy laner goes in for a kill, harrass them. They'll either take it and lose some health, or fight back and lose the gold as well.
    3. Make sure that all possible ambush points in the lane are mined, either by you or (ideally) your team support.
    4. Activate twirling silver upon leaving your spawn point. It'll boost your speed and the energy will be regenerated.
    5. Use your Achilles shot sparingly. The more you use it, the less energy you'll have. Be mindful of that.
    6. The enemy lane minions are not your punching bags for target practice. They are a valuable source of gold. Make sure you're the one getting that gold. Always last hit.
    7. Don't play selfishly. If there's a 3v1 in the lane, get behind the turrent and harass the enemies as they get close. If one is low on health, don't chase unless you know that you can kill them and make it back alive.
    8. Never feed this build after midnight
    9. And most importantly, have fun. Leave any suggestions in the comments please, and I'll include them if others have them as well.
