Why Didn't I Get Shiro Kage Taka II

In VainGlory I didn't get a skin when I got all the cards and it was for Taka Shiro Kage Taka II
And when I pressed craft it popped up me getting it but when I played a game it wasn't there and all my cards that I used to craft it was all gone except for a few can u help me with this problem thanks My VainGlory name is Pixelations
