Can I craft T3 skin directly or I have to craft through T1 and T2? I've only been playing for a month and only Level 19.

Yes you have to craft all three... Good luck

New skin System can craft directly, like Netherknight Lance (L), and in some cases, single skin with old system like Lyra's Dear Diary skin. However, most of them you need to craft all 3. Even the newer ones, like Broken Doll Alpha and Space Patel. (yes, I deliberately typed Patel, potato)
