recruiting for NA team, looking for serious players but not huge time committment

I'm a good player, but frustrated with getting unpredictable teams in solo queue. Looking for players to join a team that plays on regular, mutually agreed upon times and dates.

Not trying to play all the time, but win consistently and level up as much as possible and see how far we can take this.

Things I'm looking for:

1. reliability - you'll show up on time for scheduled team matches (maybe a couple hours / week)
2. open mindedness - you can take and give helpful constructive criticism and encouragement
3. competitiveness / desire to win / team player - having the right attitude
