Great guide, but i think that frostburn would be kind of a good option on baptiste, cause u can keep spaming your A on squichy targets like ringo and slowing them significantly then alowing your jungler to gank them .
PS : sorry for bad english

Frostburn doesn't stack with other slows, so it would be sorta useless, and when you need them to run far away with your ult(like into a wall so you can attack them or away from you if you're being chased) it will slow them and not achieve the desired effect, making you a weak jungler.

Thanks for the suggestion, but after playing around with Baptiste a couple of times when he was first released, he seemed as if he really didn't need frostburn, since his entire kit, if used correctly should keep your enemies in place for enough burst to kill them; he's more of a poke utility mage, but thanks for the suggestion, i'll take it into account for the future! ;)

Good guide. Good luck finishing it! But the funny thing is, I went against a Baptiste in a Ranked match... And the results were disastrous(for him). I was carry Lyra. Because Lyra's supreme Range, Baptiste never got close to me and he evaporated once he did. Even if she IS nerfed so bad, she is still viable and useable. -5 in her basic attack damage wasn't a too bad of a nerf for her to turn into potato so can u pls rank her a little higher? As you pointed out, range and poke is the worst combo for baptiste.
The rest of the threat metre is more or less accurate, and the itemisation is good. I wish u would finish it soon. :)

You're absolutely right, I have been toying around with him for a tiny bit and basically anyone who knew how to kite efficiently could easily destroy Baptiste as long as they don't get caught out.
