Deadly from a distance. You don't need boots because SAW doesn't run. Anyone in range of SAW will be dead in seconds. The only thing you need to watch out for is getting triple teamed. I have successfully killed an entire team with this build. It can even handle double teaming. Just focus on the closest target. If they start to move away, switch targets even if you are shooting minions to keep your stacks at max. Almost killing enemies is effective since they will need to warp and take time to heal. This allows you time to take down a turret or dragon before they make it back to you.
