 Taka Celeste is very vulnerable when Taka is around. His ability to disappear and do surprise attacks with mortal wounds are very dangerous. Also his ability to dodge any abilities makes Taka even more dangerous for Celeste.

Focusing on purchasing Clockwork before buying any other Ability Items.
Play safe and collect gold at first by killing lane minions (do not stand too close to enemy's turret or enemy's brush).
Only approach enemy's turret if your team got Ace or you have at least one ally near you.
Celeste is best when your ally is melee, because you can spam Heliogenesis, Supernova, and Core Collapse, also when all the enemies are bunched up into one place whilst attacking your ally, you can disrupt them with Core Collapse or Solar Storm.
Don't get too close to enemy while team fighting, be sure to keep attacking enemies from the back line.
