 Reim Reim can be a little hard to kite if he gets ontop of you don't let him get on you

 Gwen Gwen is a strong laner but you can outdamage her with your twirling silver

 Lyra Lyra can really be annoying early game. Poke her and build your braking point stacks if she is frontlining

 Alpha Alpha can stick to you making it hard to kite but stay behind your teammates and focus her

 Fortress Fortress can get a jump on you and atlas and his attack of the pack gives him fortified health

 Koshka Koshka can burst you down really quick make sure to get an aegis

 Adagio Adagio can do a lot of damage make sure not to fight when you have gift of fire on you

 Glaive Glaive can afterburn you out of position. Make sure to stay behind your teammates kite him

 Rona The red mist from Rona heals her so much make sure to stay away from it

 Vox Vox is stong make sure you get the first hit and you should be able to outdamage him

 Catherine Catherine makes it hard for you to reposition and her stormguard reflects your damage.

 Idris Idris can shimmer strike ontop of you and atlas make sure to build shield or armor and kite him

 Krul Krul is very sticky especially with a shiversteel alway stay with your teammates and kite him

 Lance Lance can impale you making it easy for the enemy to engage on you make sure to position yourself good

 Ozo Ozo is stong especially with all the fortified health he builds with his acrobatic bounce and the amount of healing he gets from his 3 ring circus

 Samuel Samuel can deal a lot of damage and out range you make you to be in a place where you can reach him and try to get the jump on him

 SAW Never fight saw alone go in as a team and get rid of him

 Petal Petal is very stong since her munions can go so far and slowly take your health wait till she jumps and hits one of your teammates to kill her without taking damage

 Skye Skye is tough to deal with. Her frostburn slows you down so much try to dodge the forward barrage and kite her

 Taka Taka can go invisible and atlas you and his burst damage is really strong make sure you have armor or shield

 Blackfeather Black feather is the strongest counter for ringo his entire kit is made to stay ontop of you.

EARLY GAME Top

Ringo is one of the strongest laner this patch possibly the strongest. Start Ringo out with a weapon blade and 3 potions. Use the last 250 gold to buy armor or shield depending on what the enemy laner is playing. This will give you an advantage in lane and help you sustain. As you farm the lane make sure to poke the laner and force him to retreat and possibly miss some farm. (Note) only do this if your roamer is in lane with you to help or you have vision in the enemy bush. Otherwise you are most likely going to get caught out of position and be ganked.

Mid game Top

Once you get that sorrowblade you really want to start teamfighting. Try to look for anyone out of position and take them out. This will help you get a bigger lead making you even stronger. Don't forget to build defense since this will make you last longer in fights. The travel boots will help you kite anyone that tries to jump on you.

Late game Top

Once you get to late game you want to have that breaking point. This will help you deal a lot more damage. Finish your build with a bonesaw this will help counter the armor the enemy builds. Finish with halcyon chargers this will get you out of any sticky situations allowing you to reposition and will also give you some energy since you lack it in the late game. Don't forget to infuse this will give you more damage and an advantage if the enemy is not infused.
