Hey Ettercap! I usually don't build boots just because I feel the gold can be used to better supplement your offensive capabilities. With five points into Afterburn, you can chase pretty well since it has an 11 second cooldown I believe. Anyways, every player is different, and if you play well with the boots, then by all means, do so!

Why no boots? I usually get tier 2 boots early-mid to really get stuck in to my enemies.
