Krul Krul with Breaking Point is very dangerous to you, cause he can easily get a lot of stacks on you and you just can't get away from him.

General Strategy. Top

Phinn is very tanky hero and the slowest one in the game. But with good timing with activating your abilities he is very useful in team fights.

First, as any other roamer, you should buy Ironguard Contract and farm with your jungler. Since Phinn's initial speed is the lowest in the game, buy Sprint Boots asap. Then you can see at the scoreboard and based on what your opponents are building you should go for Atlas Pauldron (if they build weapon items) or Fountain of Renewal (if crystal). It is very crucial to go for defence items first not only to make yourself tankier but also as your second ability Polite Company grants your teammates bonus shield and armor based on your shield and armor.

In terms of abilities, rush for Quibble (1st ability), taking it to Overdrive on 8th level. That's because overdrive of this ability grants you STUN. With perfect timing you could stun all the enemy team at once.
Take 3 points of Forced Accord and 4 points of Polite Company. Overdrive of Polite Company is not that useful. Much more useful thing is that hook. With 3 points of your ultimate and Chronograph you could almost spam with this ability.

Try to initiate with your ultimate, bringing your enemies to you, then you can either immediately try to stun them with Quibble or activate Polite Company giving your allies barrier and bonus armor-shield. It will bring your enemies to the center again, and then you can stun em with Quibble.

Combo: FORCED ACCORD - QUIBBLE - POLITE COMPANY
FORCED ACCORD - POLITE COMPANY - QUIBBLE

Don't try to do Polite Company and then Quibble. Quibble is very slow and low-range, it is almost impossible to get enemies with it when they try to escape.
