Rarely I get an ace for myself when 3vs1. I do help my teammates but sometimes died(teammates) but opponents health and energy very low so I use my A and C skill(Adagio's) respectively and get an Ace.

What's your region? Mine is SEA.

I totally agree man. You should stick to your teammates in the early game. But still, I think you should help your teammates if they runs into 1v3. Most of the time your teammates just want to run away from the fight. If you comes to their aid, you might be able to back the opponents down.
