After extensive studying, to my knowledge at least in 1.21 and 1.22 Ozo's Bangarang isn't disabled. I don't know why as it is clearly movement, but trust me this is coming from an Ozo main and I have experience with this situation. Not sure about previous and upcoming updates.

I can see your reasoning, I guess I just think that a combination of Eve ShatterGlass and Clockwork is pretty much your standard Baron build, I like to play waaaaay outside of the box even if it makes me a little weaker. That's why my build has both an Aftershock and a Stormcrown. Also, I love how you go to such extreme measures as such to calculate the average health of a lvl. 12 laner, for example. Great job! Also, I have a question. Could you calculate how much damage Ozo's three abilities...
