This build uses Clockwork as a Substitute for boots. Zoom around the map with your A and enjoy the 30% CP boost. I have tested the A zooming speed and it is about the same as t2 boots. Switch out a Shatterglasses for a Frostburn (I recommend this), Broken Myth, Eve, or Eve. Take Armor or Aegis as needed in place of the Crucibles or even get War Treads for extra speed.
Please note: Shatterglass is better than Myth!
