Phinn is now the second most tankiest hero in the game, he was first until the introduction of
Lance who now holds the record of most health. As a support hero
Phinn uses his
Polite Company and his
Forced Accord to allow his team members to seccure the kill on the enemy hero and his immunity to stuns and other negative effects to protect his allies. However for the person that doesn't like to play
Phinnas a roam hero but as a laner or jungler I recommend you get crystel items as oppose to weapon items, morre specifically cooldown reduction items such as
Clockwork.
Clockwork reduces the cooldowns of all of
Phinn's abilities while also boosting his energy in the next update SEMC will be increasing the cooldown of
Forced Accord meaning that you wont be able to use Phinn's ult as often
