Threat Hero Notes
1
Joule Joule is a joke. Her attacks won't do anything to Krul the moment his stacks are filled. After your upgraded items are bought, you can literally walk through attacks like her ultimate (the laser) and still have more than half your health with Krul's insane lifesteal.
2
Adagio The only reason Adagio would be a problem is if he were at a distance. The thing is, Adagio loves being at a distance. Close in on him, and you will win.
2
Ardan Unlike Adagio, Ardan is a CQC hero. He shouldn't be much of a problem; however, if he sets up his ultimate (the barrier), running into it will likely cost you your life.
3
Catherine Catherine is friggen annoying. Not tough. Just annoying. Her offensive barrier just slows down her death. Use your skills wisely especially since her stuns last for quite a while. She is only a problem if her allies zero in on you too.
4
Skaarf Skaarf can be a good thing or a bad thing. On one side he can provide you with an easy kill and money with only a little damage. On the other he can ruin your life and fly away happily. But that's only if you don't use Krul's skills correctly.
5
Ringo Ringo isn't too bad. His range makes him formidable, especially if he slows you down and sprints away to gain distance. you can gain the advantage, however, by engaging with him in CQC.
6
Glaive Glaive, along with Taka, is one of your more tougher enemies. His quick attacks that string along with his skills can take out a lot of health in a few seconds, so make sure to use Spectral Smite when you're low on health and the stacks are filled.
7
Krul Krul vs. Krul huh...well you should be fine as long as you have the greater attack speed. Greater damage is also a plus since your lifesteal depends on how much you deal. This is another game of timing. Whichever Krul is able to throw out attacks at the correct moment will be the winner.
8
Koshka Like Catherine, Koshka is hella annoying. Unlike Catherine, she has a chance to actually kill you. Her ability allows her skills to be used much quicker than Krul, so she should be fought carefully. If she's in danger, she can just leap away. As Krul, you should time his attacks precisely. The quicker hit will the one that counts.
8
Petal No. Just no. Try to avoid Petal as much as possible. Her range is absolutely ridiculous, and her minions add to the pain. She will most likely heal herself when she's down on health and blow you up when you get too close. If you come in contact with Petal, you will most likely lose unless you acquire the defensive items. Then you will stand a chance.

  No Threat

SAW Saw is one of the two deadliest heroes for Krul in this game. His range attacks along with his attack speed gain allows him to chip your health away quickly. When he's dying, he'll just shank you and roll to safety. Try not to run into him unless he's already hurt. Otherwise he'll probably murder you since his shots fire quicker than you can fill the meter unless you have Tornado Trigger.
10
Taka Ahh Taka. My favorite hero...and a pain in the butt for Krul...or any character for that matter! He attacks quickly and gains a critical strike most of the time. His overhead attack leaves him invulnerable for as long as he's in the air, making damaging him that much harder. his X-Retsu deals a crapton of damage and saps away at your health. When he's in a pickle (what does that even mean?), he can just go "Snake mode" and run away in his invisible cardboard box. BE. CAREFUL. He can be beaten, but only if you can outsmart him. While SAW may be Krul's ranged demise, Taka is his CQC murderer.

Krul is a serious powerhouse with the Serpent Mask, Tornado Trigger, Metal Jacket, Aegis, Journey Boots, and Crucible. He gains health much quicker than he loses it. It's actually possible to take out all three full-health enemies at once. I remember a recent game ending with no ally turrets destroyed with a score of 20 kills, 0 deaths and 1 assist as Krul. Like I've mentioned countless times, his skills require precise timing. Nail that, and you will be Invincible Krul.
