Some key advice with Phinn is make sure you stick to the builds and build according to the enemy team. If they are mainly building weapon power then use the weapon power vs adaptation (i.e. build armour).
Your A power can stun so use it wisely, it can win team fights if used effectively.
Your B power is useful mainly for the health barrier it gives your team. For skilled players use your ultimate ability first then keep them close with your B.
Your ultimate ability is really helpful in stopping enemies fleeing.....but be careful not to endanger your team.
The Frost burn not only helps slow fleeing enemies but with give your A ability plenty of damage; if you can link your A ability with your shiver-steel then you can keep your enemies close enough to allow your team to deal plenty of damage or to prevent your enemy chasing low health team mates.
