BEST WAY TO COUNTER A BLACKFEATHER W/ RINGO

I was wondering what is the best way to counter a blackfeather.. I was in a private match with a family member and I got shredded. The build that they used was a SERPRENT MASK,fountain of renewal, tornado trigger, boots, monacle. I need help or what's the best way to counter him in 1v1s

Keep a distance from him and just kite. Usually if you go CP Ringo you can kill him quite easily but just don't get in range of him to build stacks on you.
