Requirements: Widgetsoid, Tasker, pictures of your favorite build (imo I use pictures of builds from vaingloryfire), and android device.

First you need to go into your tasker settings and check allow external use (This allows widgetsoid to work with tasker).

Next you need to open up your scenes to create the overlay. Make the size as big as possible. http://i.imgur.com/WX0gln0.png

.

Next push the plus icon to put in your photo (trimmed is better for less space taken up.) http://i.imgur.com/tZu6BbM.png
Put it in a good position. (I choose the top)

Next make a new task for your hero and do show scene as overlay.

Next make a task that closes all the scenes you have made so far.

Next open up widgetsoid and go into notifications. http://i.imgur.com/szhQzQ2.png

Add a tasker task and choose your create overlay and destroy overlay.

(Optional)
You can have this notification bar only pop up when vainglory is open.

Simply make a profile that activates it when the app is launched and have it deactivate as the exit task.

There you go. It should now work just fine.
