Vox and crystal items (Question)

Because Vox's basic attacks also deal crystal damage, I was wondering if the Eve of Harvest's and Frostburn's passive ability is applied to the target.

(Frostburn's slow and Eve of Harvest's crystal lifesteal)
I like that fire-breathing dragon thing.

It should as long as they have Resonance applied.
