I skipped a match because I had previously played the last match with one of the players on my team, & he had done horrible. Then I accidentally pressed decline in the next queue... And got a 10 minute cool down. I'm all for long cool downs on players who ditch, but really? An accidental decline calls for 10 minutes of cool down? I feel like they could reorganize the cool down system a tad bit better.

There is no way to tell if it was an accident or not.
