Adagio Ult. Bugged???

Since last patch I've veen having an issue with adagios Ult not stunning every time. It like 50%!


Anyone else have the same problem?

Are you making sure to set people on fire before ulting? Because it only stuns people that are burning with Arcane Fire.
I haven't seen any problems with Adagio, and he wasn't changed in the last patch.

Enemies were either not on AF or they used Reflex/Aegis/Crucible
