Will Ardan's Blood for Blood trigger Aftershock immediately? If so, Aftershock should always be the first item of crystal Ardan.

Yep! Like Catherine's stun ability, it has both WP and CP scaling.

Aftershock is usually an endgame item, unless you got the map under control and is oulvl'ing the enemies badly.
