I hit T7 yesterday and am now in T7 silver. I dont think I know as much about drafting as I originally thought. Wanted to know if I could have some references to different guides or video's on drafting. Thanks!

It is regularly updated and you can check out the more powerful heroes in the current update so you can either
1) Play them
2) Be prepared to counter them when they are picked
3) Ban them altogether because you can't play them and you have trouble countering them
