Can't start a match

Every time I try starting a match it declines it after a minute. Also when I lock in and everyone else locked in too the timer goes to 0 and doesn't start. Is anybody else experiencing this?

Rank: Pretty good. It fluctuates between bronze, silver. and gold, but I usually never go under or over that.
